TARIFA DE PRECIOS DEL SERVICIO
OFRECIDO POR URBITEC NETWORKS
Versión 01/03 vigente desde 01 de Enero del 2003.
CONTRAPRESTACIÓN
ECONÓMICA
La
utilización de los servicios prestados a través del PORTAL de URBITEC
implica el pago de una contraprestación económica de acuerdo con el
cuadro de tarifas y condiciones particulares publicado en este documento
y como se refleja en el cuadro de más abjo, que el CLIENTE declara conocer
y aceptar en todos sus extremos.
Estos
precios no se tendrán en cuenta en el caso de que las partes suscriban
un acuerdo global o puntual el cual regirá los extremos pactados obviando
estas tarifas.
Dichos precios están sujetos a modificación de conformidad con lo establecido
en la cláusula decimotercera del contrato de inscripción de NUEVO CLIENTE
en el portal web.
Asimismo dichos precios, no incluyen el Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido
ni ningún otro tributo que, en su caso, serán añadidos a cada factura
que expida URBITEC, según establezca la legislación vigente.

One
software license
key attaches to the computer
and permits one user at a time to use the professional version of the
licensed TNT product on that computer. The software may be copied onto
multiple computers, but to use the product, the key must be moved from
computer to computer. The Single-User License is enabled by the key,
which is available only from MicroImages or a MicroImages authorized
dealer.
Annual
Subscriptions
A new version of the TNT products is released two times per year.
You can keep up with TNT's new features and modifications by buying
an annual subscription, which covers the next two releases.

| Concurrent-User FLOATING Licenses (using FLEXlm license manager)

One
software license
key attaches to a networked
computer and each license in the pool can be checked out to run the
associated TNT product on any computer in the network. The software
may be copied onto multiple computers. It is also possible to
configure the software to be copied to the user's computer on demand,
to ensure that everyone is using the same, most recent version. The
Single-User Floating License (also called a "concurrent" license)
is enabled by the key, which is available only from MicroImages or a
MicroImages authorized dealer.

CONDICIONES
DE PAGO
URBITEC
presentará al CLIENTE en los cinco primeros días de cada mes, un recibo
domiciliado por los importes facturados referidos a consumos de servicios
realizados en el mes natural inmediatamente anterior. El pago de los
servicios prestados por URBITEC se llevará a cabo mediante el cobro
del citado recibo domiciliado contra el "código de cuenta corriente"
facilitado por el CLIENTE durante el proceso de registro en el PORTAL.
URBITEC emitirá la correspondiente factura por todos los conceptos reflejados
en el recibo domiciliado.
Serán por cuenta del CLIENTE todos los gastos en que URBITEC incurra
derivados de devoluciones de recibos corrientes. El incumplimiento en
el pago por parte del CLIENTE, dará lugar a la obligación de ésta de
satisfacción de un interés de demora desde la fecha en que se produzca
el impago, hasta la fecha en que sea íntegramente cumplido. Este interés
moratorio vendrá fijado por el tipo de Interés Legal vigente a la fecha
en que se produzca el impago, incrementado en 1,5 puntos porcentuales.
El incumplimiento de estas condiciones de pago por parte del CLIENTE,
podrá ser causa de resolución de la relación.
